little luxuries...

gross picture of me, but I wanted to talk about this outfit. Kind of a lazy day, it was the Friday morning after the Micheal Kors Fashion Forward event and I was tired. Just a comfy little Old Navy T-shirt dress, cozy navy knit sweater from Banana Republic and a poppy turquoise Juicy Couture suede belt. I'm totally loving all of these statement belts that are out right now. The make dressing up an outfit sooo easy! Here are some of my favorites:

Forever 21's Striped Raffia Belt ( $11.80 )

Asos's River Island Bow Belt ( $35.86 )

pitter, patter...

it actually does rain in Arizona, (: haha

Very Late! but, Tory Burch Fall Collection 2010

Tory Burch at Scottdale Fashion Week 2010:
I was eager and anxious to check out Tory Burch's Fall 2010 collection in the main tent of Scottsdale Fashion Week 2010, but was surprisingly a bit dissapointed. With the unfortunate lack of variety and wow factor, the Tory Burch show was one of my least favorite shows that I saw. On the bright side, this collection may have been a bit boring but it's very ready to wear! The collection was full of bright, colorful knits paired with matching tights. Chunky belts cinched at the waists of over-sized sweaters helping to give the cozy knits more shape. The "Python Revesible Logo Belt"(see below) allows you to be exotic or to go more classic with a surprising python done on one side and classic black leather on the other. The "Philip Waist Belt" (see below) will instantly become the focal point of any ensemble. With it's studded corset construction and geometric embellishments it's almost reminiscent of Ancient Rome. Gold hardwear was seen throughout the collection, but mainly on the model's feet. Sleek gold details gave shoes like the "Sissy Suede Sandal"(see below) and the "Corbet Bootie" (see below) a cool graphic element. They were paired with dark, opaque tights to create a strong, chic statement. In my opinion the "Trigg Tie Up Hiking Boot" (see below) paired with fall Chanel inspired tweeds creates a cool hipster look. The Trigg is a classic hiking boot elevated to stylish new heights with a mid-calf lace up stilleto. Exposed zippers and unique choices in print and texture gave little cocktail dresses like the "Simca Dress" (see below) and the "Britha Dress" (see below) some intersting details. Classic sweaters in jewel tones like the "Towen Turtleneck" can be paired with jeans and boots for a relaxed yet polished look. The "Divine Sweater" transforms a the standard cashmere crewneck into a cheeky favorite that can be paired with "Ceder Short"(see below) for a trendy fall look.

Higley High presents HSM: Live on Stage!

I just have to say that this is the most fun I've had in high school. I met an amazing group of people that are all so completly differnt from me, but in some way we all seem to mesh and get along. I consider my cast members my family & I love them so, so much! Even you, class of 2011... I hope you have the time of your life.

hey, R.B...what day is it?? :)

Animal Print Day, yoooo(:
